Return & Refund Policy

HAUNTRA™ accepts eligible return requests made within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. All original packaging, components, accessories, inserts, manuals, protective materials, and other included items must be present.

Opened, used, installed, tested, altered, or customer-damaged products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Removing or breaking the original product seal, opening sealed product packaging, using or testing the product, or otherwise placing the product into use will make the item ineligible for a change-of-mind return.

All returns require prior authorization from HAUNTRA™. Customers must contact us through our Contact Us page within the 30-day return window before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund is approved. Items that do not meet the requirements above may be refused and will not qualify for a refund.

These restrictions apply to change-of-mind returns and do not limit any rights customers may have for products that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or under applicable consumer law.
